Privacy policy

RecetarioMundo is designed to know as little about you as possible. There are no accounts, no newsletter, no ads, and we never sell or share data.

What is stored

Country voting: the country voted for, the date, the origin of the visit if it comes from a social network (for example TikTok or Instagram), and a random identifier created in your browser (not linked to your name or email) so the same device does not vote several times in the same round. To curb abuse we also keep, for at most 24 hours, an irreversible, daily-salted fingerprint of your connection; your IP address is not stored.

Recipe submissions: the recipe text and whatever you type in the form. Name and email are optional; if you leave an email it is only used to reply to you about that recipe.

In your browser (local storage): your language, the votes you have cast and the progress of the recipes you are cooking. It is not sent anywhere.

Where and who

Votes and submissions are stored in Supabase (database). The website is served from Netlify. We use no analytics, pixels or third-party content.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of a submitted recipe by writing to recetariomundo@gmail.com.
